A returns form MUST be completed on your account order history.
Once we have been notified about the return we will contact you to arrange the collection of the item/s at a time and place that suits you.
Only once we have received the returned item/s, validated the reason for return, can we start the process for a replacement or refund.
Any associated costs will be deducted from any credit due to you. Shipping of returns are charged as per the table on the Delivery Page.
The returns process normally takes up to 72 hours from receiving the item/s (excluding Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays).
If the incorrect product is delivered to you (i.e. not the product you purchased), please do not remove the product from its original packaging, open or use the product in any way. Please contact LABEL Collections, so that we can resolve the mistake by collecting the product from you and delivering the correct one as soon as possible.
Purchased items may be returned (as per the fee table on the Delivery Page) within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that item, exchange for a different size, style, colour or different item of equivalent value based on stock availability or a store credit. Purchased items may be returned (as per the table on the Delivery Page for your account) within 14 days of receipt for exchange for a different style, size, colour or different item of equivalent value based on stock availability or a store credit.
All returns are subject to the following:
items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. (In the event of items delivered to you with out tags you must advise us by email to this effect within 24 hours of receipt.)
when trying on items, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
if an item received is considered faulty or damaged by you, please notify LABEL Collections immediately
items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or not following correct wash care instructions, are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for a return or exchange
All accessories (including but not limited to bags, purses, scarves, belts, hats) and jewelry (for hygienic reasons)
Items purchased during a Sale
Purchases by electronic Gift Vouchers or Coupons
Prizes, competitions or promotional items
Made to order items
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on International orders.
The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us safely. Please ensure you package your return carefully to prevent any damage and to ensure the goods are in their original condition when received by us.
We cannot refund or replace Gift Cards.
Please note that returns are charged at the relevant fee stipulated in the table on the Delivery Page.
There may be an additional charge of R150 where the return has been made without its original packaging, has been worn, damaged as a result of wearing or incorrectly following wash care instructions, or a non-returnable item or an item purchased on sale.
In addition to the rights set out in our return policy, if you qualify as a consumer in terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act you may enjoy certain cooling-off rights in terms of which you can cancel any transaction within 7 (SEVEN) days after the date of receipt of the goods or service, or within 7 (SEVEN) days after the date of conclusion of the agreement, without reason or penalty.
